Services
PressurePro provides exterior cleaning services including driveway and concrete cleaning, house washing, deck and patio restoration, roof cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning in the Charlotte, NC area. The scope of each job is defined in your written estimate.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Your quoted price will not change unless the scope of work changes, in which case we'll discuss and agree on any adjustment with you before proceeding.
Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned and to an outdoor water source on the scheduled service date. Weather-related rescheduling may occur to ensure safe conditions and optimal results.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with any part of our completed work, notify us within 7 days and we'll return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
Liability
We are licensed and insured. We take care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions such as loose siding, failing paint, deteriorated mortar, or unsealed surfaces. Please point out any known fragile areas before work begins.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
